Took it back for their "lifetime warranty" (total BS) and they test drove it for over 100 miles, claimed nothing was wrong and charged us for gas. It started acting up again within 2 miles of leaving. Took it back a 2nd time with my wife riding along so she could point out the issue, and they said they would fix it. Took it for a couple of days and gave it back to us claiming they fixed the issue. Issues started up again before we even hit the highway. DO NOT GO HERE! They lie about the work, they lie about their BBB rating (which are almost all Fs), and they act frustrated when you point out that they didn't do the job you paid thousands for. Don't get scammed like us.

I had to return it for repairs, which only lasted for about two months before failing once more. Their sole objective seems to be to fix the transmission to allow the vehicle to be driven for six months beyond the warranty period, after which they become no longer responsible for the repairs. Consequently, I had to rent a car for two weeks to transport my son to school. If you are not willing to incur financial losses, I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. I am currently at a loss as to what to do with my car. Before bringing your vehicle in for a transmission rebuild, I strongly advise you to thoroughly read all the negative reviews. Many customers have experienced similar issues as I have. I am writing this review to prevent other customers from making the same financial mistakes as I have. I agree with Wendy…read more My Car cost over 3800 for a transmission, terrible service, Larry lied and made many excuses, told me the car was ready numerous times, when I get to the shop there was something new wrong... I took it to them expecting 2k out the door from their add, wasn't true at all. First off they tell me I have a bad valve body which Larry said, I get to the shop the guy told me they put in a TCM, not valve body... Here is the kicker, I have to have my vehicle towed to the dealership to get it recalibrated, which I didn't know until I get to the shop, Larry tells me he will charge me 75 dollars to tow it, what a joke this guy is... So technically they didn't do their job, when you take it to a transmission shop, you expect to be able to drive it when you get there, not the case here.. I have to pay to get it calibrated.. I drive it for one day and all of the sudden the transmission is slipping again same gear, take it back up to them and of course wouldn't you know it, bad valve body.. Wow this place is unbelievable.. So I tell them to order the part. Larry calls me today to tell me its ready, I have to have someone drive 50 miles round trip to pick me up and take me.. I get there and its making a funny noise, I ask the guys whats this sound... No one says anything, then the guy who replaces the transmission says OOOO, I broke one of your bolts, I was like I cant believe it, wasn't going to say anything, so I call Larry and there he goes again making excuses.. I asked the tech if they took it for a test drive and he said yes, I go u didn't hear the sound it was making he goes no.. He driving it with missing a bolt Now they have to drill out the screw that was broken and replace it.. I don't even trust them to do that... Never take your car to this guy do research they are also under a diff. company name not Einstiens transmission, even though the guy at the shop said that's the name. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS MAN. We took our truck to him to have our transmission worked on. And were quoted one price and then of course was charged more. We were told he could have it ready in 2 days and over a week later we finally got it back. When we went to pick it up at his shop....you can not even call it that. Horrible horrible. They did not even test drive saying that since the inspection sticker was out they couldn't, we said they could ride along with us and they wouldn't even do that. On the way home we could not get it to go into overdrive, my husband called Larry...he said to turn around and bring it back. We were not far from home and we were not about to take it back down to this rip off artist. We called our local dealership and they offered some pointers, and when we got home my husband tried what was suggested to us. While under our truck, my husband noticed things broken, and things not put back on. And Larry wanted us to bring it back? I DO NOT THINK SO.. JUST TO BE RIPPED OFF MORE. We will be taking it some where else to get it fixed right, now the overdrive does not work, and it is worse now than when we took it in. They did not even clean up the transmission case after supposedly working on it. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! HE IS A SCUMBAG.

Okay, I took my vehicle there and that person told me in the most unprofessional way, that I did broke the grill myself or somebody else did it but was not them and he asked me VERY ANGRY AND MAD,to leave the place.
