Also, I wanted inspection done and they said the spark plug was out, claimed to not have the time to change a SINGLE spark bulb, and asked me (9months pregnant lady) to return another day. I promptly took my car to a nearby mechanic who doesn't do inspections but fixed it for me (for free) in like 5 minutes and I was back in 30mins to Gillette auto repair to get my inspection completed. I will not be bringing my Cadillac here for tuneups or any other repairs and neither will I recommend my hubby's Mercedes or friends&family's bring their vehicles there.
