However upon being allowed to reopen Lee, the owner and coaches have made adjustments to ensure the safety of everyone there. I feel safer here than nearly any other place that involves being around other people (e.g. grocery store, pharmacy). Standard precautions are in place. Everyone has to sanitize their hands, get their temperature taken, and wear a mask the entire time! I've been grateful that everyone at PCF takes this seriously and as far as I've seen wears their mask the entire time. There is a huge garage door in the back which is almost always open and you can exit out the back and remove your mask if you need to take your mask off for a minute or two. Many workouts are scaled or adapted if you prefer to workout outside. The floors have taped boxes in them and you are to remain in your box while you are working out so that everyone remains spaced apart. You are able to leave to get weights and other equipment but with the understanding you will maintain physical distance from others while doing so. Also most people grab their workout equipment upon arriving so there is less reason to leave your square during the workout. Individual spray bottles and rags are in each box for you to clean ALL your equipment after the workout. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great workout and a place which will support you in your fitness goals regardless of what they might be.

Afterward, we methodically went through the steps of the "man maker" (consciously ignoring the term). I liked this part because it gave everyone an opportunity to get on the same page and focus on their technique. Joe went around and gave pointers to make sure that we were doing everything correctly. Finally, we had a twenty five minute AMRaP workout of man makers and 200m runs with a partner. Again, I really enjoy the partner and team-oriented nature. I find that it keeps me accountable, motivates me, and just makes the experience more fun. Bonus: I love how community-minded PCF is. On Saturdays in December they host local entrepreneurs with a pop-up shop in the gym!

The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, especially the owner, Greg. With his too many to list degrees and certifications, he has an answer to every problem you can come up with. The quality of instruction is exceptional here. Do not be intimidated, they are extremely patient, regardless of your level of fitness. Beginners (like my scrawny self) will feel completely welcome and soon be breathing fire like the rest of the group. They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. Isabella provides and amazing Foundations class that would teach you about all different Crossfit movements. I found it very important and absolutely beneficial as a first time crossfiter. Before you even start CrossFit classes they will figure out your appropriate weight for every exercise and give you extra guidance during class for at least first 3 months until you feel prepared to be on your own.
