Unfortunately I echo many of the other reviews on this site - poor customer service and employee training-resulting in terrible customer experience. I recently went to the spa for a massage. Upon checkout the receptionist told me there was a note on my file for 20% off my service. She reached out to the spa manager who indicated since there was no name or date on the note that they should ignore it and did not honor the discount. When questioned they said that it was an employee error. Seems like the customers bear the brunt of all employee errors--I did send a note to the GM - Hayden Duffy. I look forward to a response.

I especially appreciated that the free weight section was well separated from the main floor, so those who want to seriously lift won't disturb those who are so easily offended by "meathead" types who like to "pick things up and put them down." The equipment was new, well stocked, and placed on the floor. 10/10 would come again. Smoothie bar could use a little work (provide nutritional info for products, fresh ingredients instead of berries in a jar, for example) but I was glad there was at least some kind of option.

The atmosphere in the gym is delightful and attitude of the coaches is remarkable. The Exercise schedules are changed every 6-8weeks, which makes strength training super exciting.
