It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. The facility and workers have no control over the prices. Plus there is a severe rat issue! Do not get if you need long term storage.
