I was having starting issues with my Subaru BRZ that even a mobile mechanic couldn't figure out. I eventually realized it might be a key programming problem, so I called a locksmith who couldn't solve it. Then I found Alex -- he came out, diagnosed the issue right away, and reprogrammed my keys quickly and efficiently. He even came back the next day at no charge to carve my physical key when it was missed the first time. Months later, when my car had another starting issue, Alex came back and correctly diagnosed it as a faulty start button -- saving me from unnecessary reprogramming costs. He's knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and way more affordable than other locksmiths. I highly recommend Alex to anyone needing key programming, immobilizer work, or any car lock issue -- he genuinely goes above and beyond for his customers read more

It was good and he was able to resolve the problem. I was out of town and couldn't take care of the problem myself.

Alex was extremely quick to respond and provide a quote for the work. He provided options on material to use (I needed some new locks for the door) so he gave me some different options along with the cost of each so I could use my old key with the new hardware. This guy is awesome. Wasn't able to fix because only a dealer could fix the issue- verified first by the mechanic I sent my truck to and then again by LocksmithSD. He drove to my mechanic's shop, worked in trying to diagnose my truck on different occasions, did not charge me anything. Verified what my mechanic told me and had it towed to the dealer. read more
