He assured me that if he didn't have a blank to make me 3 copies of a Key that I needed, he would find the correct one and order them. He did an outstanding job of communicating with me as no sooner had I left his business, I received a call from him telling me he had found 3 blanks and even though it was late in the day, he would make these keys for me for I could drop by the next morning and pick them up. When I got there, I tried these keys and they worked great. Angelo as always did an outstanding job. Prior to going to KeyMasters for these keys, I had tried other places and not one of them put forth any effort into helping me. I cannot recommend KeyMasters and Angelo enough. Because we…read moreonly got a 12-4pm block, I called at the day of the appointment to ask if they could be more precise (both me and my wife have full time jobs), but they couldn't. But then the locksmith who was going to help us did give me a call around 1pm to say that he'd be late because he had some other jobs to do first. Then he never showed up. Three days later I called to ask what happened, and they didn't really know, but they said that it could have been that the locksmith had had an accident. If that was in fact the reason, it is of course totally understandable that the locksmith didn't show up, but I think it can be expected if something like that happens that the company calls the customer the next day to explain what happened and make another appointment.

I called MTK, Big Kipp came over within a couple hours and fixed it for $15.00. On a different occasion, I needed a lock fixed at my store immediately. I called MTK and Kipp was there within the hour fixing it. I anticipated a large fee for the emergency call but again was very happy with the price AND the fact that he had the supplies in his truck to fix it. He also made up a bunch of keys right in his truck. While working, he gave me great business advice and a fantastic accountant referral.
