They are basically a front for a guy who has a phone who does mobile locksmith calls. I had some locks I needed keys to and wanted to bring the lock cylinders down to there 'shop'. The guy interrupts me by saying 'whatcha got, whatcha want?'. He then says to go somewhere else cause he would charge me $29.00 just to come down to the 'shop', so go to Home Depot or some other locksmith...like Ace Hardware. If he hadn't cut me off, and listened he would know that I had the lock cylinders in-hand with no keys. Home Depot nor Ace doesn't make keys unless you have one to begin with. Don't waste you're time with this guy. He made it really clear that unless he was charging you a lot, he didn't want your business. Went to JJ's locksmith instead (on Fulton and Marconi)

I also work for a GC and will be passing his info out to all our project managers! Thanks Phillip!

I sent out a request on a Sunday morning and within 10 minutes I got a response. I was told they would be there between 11-1 pm that day and Phillip arrived at 10:50 am. I was not able to be at my sister's house, and she's clueless about everything when tools are involved, so I was worried she would be taken advantage of. Not the case with Phillip and Sureline. She had some additional questions so she had me talk to Phillip over the phone and he explained everything thoroughly. He found some other issues that required attention so she was able to get it all fixed in a few hours. Now she has a new reliable opener and garage and we all feel at peace. I highly recommend them and can see why they have high ratings.

In the end, we decided to use someone else for the job, because it was going to be over $500 and we felt more comfortable using someone with a CA contractor's license.
