We decided to hire Joshua again for another project, build a simple 11x10 fenced yard. This appears to be a project that he shouldn't have accepted because it was beyond his scope. The project began the end of January 2023, and it's still not completed at the end of April. There were weather issues, but there was also plenty of time when weather wasn't an issue to complete the project. * Work order was for $1800, but actual money paid was 42% above the agreed upon amount. He would buy additional items and ask for the money. Unfortunately we paid him for his labor along the way. Lesson learned by us, do NOT pay for the labor until the project is complete. Materials only. * Unpainted boards and fencing * Wire fencing tossed to the side of the yard * One side too short and additional height had to be added after it was pointed out * Lack of correspondence or follow-up. We had to continually follow up with him as to when work would continue on our project, and he would fit us in between other projects. There has been no communication for over two weeks and we're led to believe we will need to finish the project.

He took one apart and said I needed to order the replacement part(s) from Amazon. I had trouble finding the part for the same price he saw online so I informed him of that and he said he would go ahead and order it. He hasn't contacted me again and won't respond to my texts & still has the old part he removed. Very disappointed! Jim G.
