I searched online for handyman reviews, since fence vendors would only come out for "big jobs," i.e. $1,800.00 minimum. I only needed a small section of the fence to be re-attached to the post. Yelp gave me some vendors to choose from with reviews, however, starting from the top of the list of vendors the response times would be 2 hours to 6 hours. I came upon Small Jobs Handled Handyman and it said they would respond in minutes, so I gave them a call. I talked to Mike and he was friendly and courteous. We talked about the job and he gave me an initial quote, which was very affordable, but he wanted to come by the same day to take a look. I sent pictures and Mike responded that he may come by in a couple hours to take care of it. I was relieved. When he was ready to come by he called and texted me. He arrived promptly and got to work. The whole experience was quick and easy. I appreciated his time and quality work. Mike showed empathy to the customer and the whole process was frictionless. I recommend Mike highly for your Handyman tasks. Quick, professional, friendly, and, easy to work with, Rockstar!!!!! Thank you Mike

They are curious and friendly, with a very positive attitude. They were reliable and communicative, always letting me know when they would arrive and what we were accomplishing that day. I have worked with other painters who don't take all the necessary steps to insure a lasting and beautiful result. From meticulous prepping, to high-quality primer, to beautifully executed finish coat, they are detail oriented and carefully attentive. They know their paint and have a good eye for color. They made a difficult task enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about their work, and about them personally. Thanks Guys! See you in the spring for more fun!

The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same. You can see in-between the slates and the natural wood is showing. It's definitely a botched job all the way around. He over sprayed our fence into our neighbors pool and deck. I wanted to write a review so no one else wasted thousands of dollars on a terrible job. Our neighbor hated the work on the fence as well. Mike is a nice person but the quality is not there and he commits to work without writing it all down on his estimates so he isn't committed to follow it through. Be very cautious.

He gutted both rooms, installed new flooring, custom cabinets with granite counter tops, new kitchen lighting plus under-cabinet lighting & accent lighting, and rewired outlets. He recommended one of his crew to rebuild a fireplace mantle. Guy has provided several other projects even after we challenged his estimates. Again, he wasn't always the cheapest. He remodeled our master bath by removing the tub, upgrading plumbing, & making a large shower with camouflaged drain. Another project was to replace the tub, install new plumbing, tiling and flooring in our Guest Bath. Aside from other small projects, Guy also continued the flooring from the kitchen, down the halls, and our dining room and den. All work was supervised or completed by Guy's son, Mark. The crews were always punctual, clean, and as quiet as possible. They were also too polite. Guy and Mark are sometimes more critical of their work than they probably should be. All labor and products used are guaranteed or warranted. No repairs or product upgrades have cost me a dime! A couple of notes: If Guy has an improved idea to yours, GO WITH GUY! Also, no contractor is as good as Guy with satisfying a couple who have different ideas and choices!
