Repaired it instantly and fixed an issue with our gate that prevented it from closing all the way . He worked quickly , efficiently and you could tell he knew his stuff. As he was leaving he asked if there was anything else ... there actually was .... A door issue in our shower the was preventing the knob for locking it in place . He too fixed that . He was in and out of there in 20 min or less with all 3 tasks . We are very grateful to his kindness , patience and professionalism. Will recommend them a million times over!!!

I called to get a quote on car key replacements but the call quality was poor so I had to ask the representative to repeat what he said once or twice. The receptionist was very impatient and questioned my ability to speak English as a language. For example, when I asked for clarification on a quote, he said "if you listened to me and could understand English, I wouldn't need to repeat what I just said." As a native English speaker, this was quite jarring... I was shocked by how rude the service was and will definitely not be giving them my business.

I bought a remote key for my 2016 Nissan Versa in August 2025 and it cost me $220+ . Worked…read moreperfectly for until November when the unlock button would work sporadically then the cover broke all together. Followed by the same problem with the lock problem. Contacted the business and explained the problem. I went to the store to show the key. Their explanation was I was "abusing" the use of my keys. Abusing as in punching the either lock or unlock my car. ABUSE?!?!?! How about rectifying the situation by either fixing the problem or replacing the defective service?! At first they offered to replace the key by offering me a $50 discount. Or waiting until whenever they need to order whatever it takes for them to "fix" a defective item from them. I work nights and rely on my door to be unlocked by the time I get in the car. To accuse me, a customer, of "abusing" a remote key is totally passing off the problem on the customer! I just want to have this problem resolved and the owner rectify and take pride in their business to the community by resolving this defective key because I "abuse" the use of it. I hired this locksmith to make a new key and program the dash panel for my car. He made the key…read morejust fine, but when it came to programming the dash, things went wrong. The car wouldn't start with the new panel, but still worked with the old one -- until he came back to "fix" it. Now the car won't start at all. It's been five days without a working vehicle. I already paid for the programming, which was never completed correctly, and he keeps saying he'll come fix it but never shows up. When I called him about it, he got defensive and blamed his son for the mistake. Really disappointed with the service. I'm left with a car that doesn't run, and no real effort on his part to make things right.
