I locked my keys in the trunk of my VW, the whole car was locked. Nehemiah showed up pretty fast. I can tell he is a smart guy that thinks out of the box, he will find the way to open your car. When we got inside the car we realize the back seats were locked so we couldnt reach for the keys, I dont know how he did it but he found a way to unlock the back seats and safe my life! Technician arrived within 30 minutes and got me in the house within another 20 minutes. This was spectacular as other companies were more than a 2 hour wait. Technician was courteous and professional. Four stars because I mentioned I was having trouble programming my garage remote. He showed me that I had to remove a small panel on my remote to program it successfully. He then mentioned that he could also program my car successfully. He never mentioned pricing. Once I was ready to checkout it was 35 dollars for the remote and another 35 for the car which took about 3 minutes. Had I known "checking out my remote" was going to cost me 35 dollars I wouldn't have done it. Ended up with an extra 70 dollar charge that I didn't want. He ended up giving me a 15% discount. I recommend talking pricing before handling such minimal issues. Coming from a customer who thought you were just offering advice. Still satisfied with the work, not satisfied with the surprise charges. read more
