I recently bought a used bike and took it in here to get a general service/look over and have some…read moreparts replaced that I wanted replaced, because it was a used bike. I was off put as there was a lot of miscommunication over time frame for the work to be done and what work was getting done after I dropped off my bike but the work was solid. I dropped it off Monday or Tuesday and was told I would get a call the next Monday over where it was in the line up and if they had gotten to it was needed to be done. I didn't get a call so I called them but didn't hear back. It took another day and calling a few times through the day and finally got someone on the phone. After another week I checked back and found out they got my bike mixed up with someone elses and I needed to leave it longer to get all the parts put on I wanted. That being said... The work was great. They let me come in and check that it was lowered enough for my short height and even sold me on some tires. They understood that I was new to riding and didn't need some racing tires and mentioned them but really were pushing a reliable brand. They also found some work that needed to be done (one of my brake pads was messed up) and didn't do extra work just to do it (the other brake pad was low but fine). I've been delaying taking bfs bike in because with my learning and Covid we don't ride much right now but this will be the shop we used when we do.

Outsourced help as he was unqualified. QUALITY ISSUES: The motorcycle has never ran right, although I returned twice to give him a chance to fix it. Loose Head Bolts, Water in Brake Fluid, Carbs Flooding worst, Main Problem was the oil pump and was to be replaced, it was not and failed within a week. Perhaps he is a delusional greedy mechanic without a grasp on reality. Simply BOYCOTT this hack of a mechanic who offers NO VALUE in his so called 'service' model.

The price was really good, and I'm in love with the sound of my new exhaust. I couldn't install it myself haha so I'm really satisfied. They were the only ones willing to fit me in on such short notice--and not only that, the owner personally handled the work so the rest of the team could stay focused on their repairs. As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike.
