The shade on window had some yellow spots on it and bathroom was rundown but that would not stop me from staying here again! The beds were comfortable, hotel was safe and it was a great place to stop after a long day of travel. The breakfast in the morning had many options too! There are two gas stations, McDonald's and pizza place ( which was excellent) right across the street!

I picked this hotel at random because I didn't have time to look. When I walked into the lobby I should have left and lost my $130. The tile in the entry was is cracked and missing in places. The walls were dirty and in need of paint. Check in was easy, elevator was fine. When we exited the elevator there was a yellow chair with so many stains it looked like a science experiment. We were immediately overcome by the smell of industrial cleaner. It smelled so bad and was so thick I had trouble breathing. It reminded me of the kind of spray they would probablu use after finding a dead body. The room wasn't clean and we didn't want to put anything on the floor it was so nasty. The tub was stained and dirty, the floor was dirty. The worst was the sink. When my family member went to wash her face the sink was full of stubble from when the last man there shaved. The coffee at breakfast was good and they had yogurt but based on the rest of the hotel I wouln't have eaten anything prepared there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

They bill themselves as Medical AND taxi service. My wife's car wouldn't start this AM, and i…read morewanted to get to and from my PT appointment this morning. Seems like they aren't prepared for taxi services. They have a rule that you must pay the cost before you go, but they use AI to send invoices. They mailed me a notice that had no invoice, no link to pay and no word on how much it costs. Sort of important things to know, doncha think? I called PT and they said they'd push my time back by an hour, and I so informed them of that. But 38 minutes after the first notice went out, I'm still waiting for an invoice telling me what I owe and how to pay it, These people may be great at the non-emergency Medical operation where you deal with appointments made far in advance. But as a taxi service, it's ridiculous. Complaining that it was short notice means to me you can't handle what you say you do. And any company who bills with AI is flirting with disaster. What would it cost them to have on-call drivers, or an actual human being doing the billing? More than these folks are willing to pay! It will be Uber next time despite the huge prices they charge. I wouldn't have had this run around with them!
