A guy from this company switched my flat tire with my spare one time. It was cool. My mistake is that I didn't discuss what the price would have been when I thought I had good lug nuts (when I called them for help). I figured changing a tire is typically $25-$85, and I could afford that range. I've had these lug nuts handled by guys a couple of times and didn't have a lot of the other full grown man grovel about doing their job with power tools in an imperfect condition. Probably because they were Latinos. Y'all wanna stereotype them when it's bad and not when it's good. They're not stupid. All they did was say hey dude you need to change these soon because Ford lug nuts are notorious for sucking. My guy from G&H changed the tire with his whole crack hanging out and then said it was $160 to view such a scene while he labored over my lug nuts, lol. Idk if he thought I was rich because I was at my mom's nice apartment when my tire flattened, but yeah I'm broke and living with my mom. My lug nuts are like that also because I'm broke and I could barely afford to get some until yesterday, and that's what reminded me of this experience. It's 2025 bro and we're both black and Trump is the president. Please chill. People don't just have $160 to dish out for a tire change, and that's what this review is about. Remember to be fair in life and to teach your brothers to do the same if they mistreat you first. Your ethics tanked that day, and as a side note, your business model is just not efficient. I was told it would be a 45 minute-1 hour wait. Locksmith did not show up until over 2 hours later and charged me nearly double what was shown on the website. The website says $65 for car lockouts and I was charged $125. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
