I had to call the office to find out what was going on with my service. when they did come out two weeks later all the did was replace a little white box and said OK you all good now. far from it. my download and upload speeds suck! i did a speed test from my computer because that's what they said when they did come by and my results were just as bad as using the cell phone to run test. 1st 1.9/1.2, 2nd 2.9/ 0.2 3rd could not connect.
