We always asked for him when we…read morecalled there because he always solved the problem and maintained a wonderful, helpful attitude the entire time. Now that he has his own HVAC business, it was a no-brainer to stay with John. This man is the best at what he does because he has a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems down to the molecular level. In Oct. 2024, we were victims of a record flood in our small town and our entire HVAC system was inundated. John saved my family a lot of money because he was able to make some of our existing, but functioning equipment work within an entirely new and different system! Believe me, this kind of integration requires expert knowledge and is something hardly any other contractor would be able to do or even be willing to try -- And Save and Serve did the job in ONE DAY! The results are spectacular! Everything works perfectly and we are supremely comfortable in our home. If you have an HVAC problem, John and Save and Serve are the best at diagnosis and repair. They genuinely care about their customers and their needs, and it shows with every project they do. These people are as honest and good-hearted as anyone you could ever hope to meet. and we intend to hang onto them like GOLD! All good wishes to John, his wonderful family and their expert team of professionals.
