So, this is my third time dealing with this company. My home owners insurance has this company…read moreunder contract. The first time was HORRENDOUS. The plumber couldn't find the let to run the snake. On top of that the guy was super rude. So was their office person. Very unprofessional. My second run in was better. No complains. Minor job. This third time the office person was nice. So were the two plumbers who came to do the job. They were NOT wearing masks. We asked them if they were required to by the company, they said no. I honestly wanted to turn them away but living here it's so tough to get help. So we stayed away as much as possible and disinfected all the areas they were around. Hoping for the best. I have asked my home insurance company to please not send this contracted plumbing company out to us anymore, but they still continue. Very disappointing. Caught between a rock and a hard place. They'll get the job done but don't expect much professionalism. *update: we just plain up handed them masks to wear.

I wish I could give zero stars. We are new to Roswell. Had an inspector do the routine inspection…read morefor the house we bought. It was suggested to have a professional HVAC person look at the unit before we closed. The result of this inspection is what decided our final price on the house. So our realtor contacted Rhoads and had someone out to look at it. We were told the unit was brand new, and the guy from Rhoads who looked at it said everything was in order. That was on a Thursday morning. We took possession of the house the following evening and the a/c was not working. Called Rhoads on Saturday morning, since it was one of their guys who gave the thumbs up on everything functioning properly, and they had someone out that afternoon. The guy they sent out asked to see the invoice from the previous guy because he wanted to know who had signed off on the unit, because he took one look and saw problems. The entire thing inside was jerry rigged and it had blown a fuse. The guy left a few more fuses because he said it would probably happen again. A few days later it did go out again and so I called Rhoads again. The girl who answered the phone asked me what was happening and I started to explain and she continuously interrupted me, which just made me more frustrated. So then she called me rude. She also tried to tell me they weren't responsible, she knew or realtor had called them, etc. So my question would be who IS responsible? Our inspector said get a professional HVAC person to look at the unit, and that professional was the first guy from Rhoads who should have seen the problems and flagged them. My "you catch more flies with honey" husband finally had to cut in and tell the receptionist she needed to be quiet so I could have the chance to answer her questions, because she just wouldn't let me talk. She said she would have her service manager call me. That was a few weeks ago now so I think at this point it's probably safe to assume we aren't going to hear from them. For the record, the house has a new compressor but an old furnace, and it was suggested by more than one person, and then confirmed by an HVAC professional by another company that the issue is that the old furnace and the new a/c compressor aren't compatible, and that's why the fuses continue to be blown. The furnace needs to be replaced. And Rhoads cost us the price of a the new furnace now need. Bottom line is, call anyone but Rhoads.
