This third time the office person was nice. So were the two plumbers who came to do the job. They were NOT wearing masks. We asked them if they were required to by the company, they said no. I honestly wanted to turn them away but living here it's so tough to get help. So we stayed away as much as possible and disinfected all the areas they were around. Hoping for the best. I called this company out of recommendation. I called asked when they could take a look at my AC…read more They said we can get out there that day they'll call me back let me know what time so I can tell my tenants. I waited 3hrs for a call back never received a call. I called them asked he said I have you down for 2pm. I said ok great told my tenants. At 3pm I messaged my tenants asked what the verdict was they said they had barely showed up. After all said and done they were going to call me with what was wrong. Once technician was done he called me to tell me what he did. That the office will call me for the final bill. Once they called me a few days later he told me it would be $750 dollars that was to run a diagnostic, replace connectors and the capacitor. I asked for an itemized receipt and they said they don't do that. It's a flat rate so we asked how much is it per hour for labor Daniel said we don't charge by the hour just by the job as a flat rate. They still haven't given me a receipt for their services. I just seen that others have mentioned a fee for days that have not been paid. They haven't mention anything about that. They just asked when I was going to pay? They need a payment right now.
