I called everyone I could in Roswell ranging from independent contractors to window companies. Most people wouldn't even call me back. KB Glass and Windows came out the same day I called them, took the window order and had it replaced within 10 days. The 2 installation reps were skilled and professional. They finished the job within hours and it looks great. The final price we were charged for the window and service was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend calling KB Glass and Windows in the future.

However, I have never contacted them before, as I was unaware that a glass company operated in Roswell. The company we used in the past closed down years ago, and I was eager to establish a relationship with a local business. Unfortunately, I felt insulted by the interaction. I frequently conduct estimates for local jobs, even when we do not secure the work, so I was disappointed by my first experience with them. I only learned about A! Glass's presence in town through a golf tournament I participated in. A couple weeks back.

We had an issue on 4/20/26 with our 3ft by 3ft, glass shower stall. I called to make an appt. for 4/21/26, for a new system to be installed. Seth and his partner arrived on time, analyzed the situation, disassembled the door and piano hinge and re-installed it within 25 minutes or so. There remained a small gap at the bottom and I felt, for sure that the door would be leaking soon, yet Seth told me, that it should not. After two days and 4 showers, the shower enclosure was water tight, the door aligned well and now only time will tell. No new shower enclosure is needed. We were so happy to have quick, efficient, expert help to fix this nuisance. We were very thankful for Seth and his helper for repairing our problem. Alan and Cynthia B

We placed a huge custom window, door, and hardware order through a contractor, in May. The windows…read morearrived damaged and they lost one and the hardware as well. One french door order was completely wrong. They redelivered a few weeks later and it was the SAME set of doors. Now, weeks later, the door has been installed and we noticed it's still the SAME door, they sloppily re cut the hinges to pass it off as the correct order. On the windows, many of the screens were damaged, in addition to being the wrong screen to begin with. We've been dealing with Trish and Cesar whom have each been very difficult and not in any hurry to rectify anything. Our contractor says he will never place another large order here again, nor will we. We are doing a huge remodel. We will be ordering Trex next and if we need to do it all the way in TX or ABQ from a different store altogether, we will go that route instead of dealing with more headaches. We are local and live in a ranch community with many friends all over Lincoln County. Anytime someone asks how our remodel is going we will tell them about this negative experience to save anyone else this HUGE waste of time and stress.
