They finished the job within hours and it looks great. The final price we were charged for the window and service was very reasonable. We had an issue on 4/20/26 with our 3ft by 3ft, glass shower stall. The frame was a bit loose and…read morethe bottom edge was drooping and dragging on the aluminum threshold and the top of the door edge was mis-aligned by about 3/8ths of an inch. I called to make an appt. for 4/21/26, for a new system to be installed. Seth and his partner arrived on time, analyzed the situation, disassembled the door and piano hinge and re-installed it within 25 minutes or so. There remained a small gap at the bottom and I felt, for sure that the door would be leaking soon, yet Seth told me, that it should not. After two days and 4 showers, the shower enclosure was water tight, the door aligned well and now only time will tell. No new shower enclosure is needed. We placed a huge custom window, door, and hardware order through a contractor, in May. The windows…read morearrived damaged and they lost one and the hardware as well. One french door order was completely wrong. They redelivered a few weeks later and it was the SAME set of doors. Now, weeks later, the door has been installed and we noticed it's still the SAME door, they sloppily re cut the hinges to pass it off as the correct order. On the windows, many of the screens were damaged, in addition to being the wrong screen to begin with. We've been dealing with Trish and Cesar whom have each been very difficult and not in any hurry to rectify anything. Our contractor says he will never place another large order here again, nor will we. We are doing a huge remodel. We will be ordering Trex next and if we need to do it all the way in TX or ABQ from a different store altogether, we will go that route instead of dealing with more headaches. We are local and live in a ranch community with many friends all over Lincoln County. Anytime someone asks how our remodel is going we will tell them about this negative experience to save anyone else this HUGE waste of time and stress.
