He stated the problem and verified with tech support. The next day a new stove was installed by two capable techs. They efficiently replaced the old with the new plus answered any questions. I would recommend them due to their excellent communication and customer skills.

Outstanding job!…read more From the moment we accepted the bid to the completion of the project, everything was finished in just one week. After trying several other fence companies that never followed up with us, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of service we received. My wife especially appreciated that they set up a kennel for our dogs while the fence was being installed. During the installation, the crew noticed that several panels had scratches. Rather than installing them, they returned the panels to the steel supplier and exchanged them for flawless replacements. They also cut and welded the steel on-site, which demonstrated their commitment to quality workmanship. The upgraded swivel hinges on our double gate are incredibly smooth--they open with just a gentle push of a finger. Throughout the project, I was impressed by their work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication. That level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence installation.

Begging for a yes or no and whether I could get an answer. I received one text telling me he was in Mexico, after two weeks. I guess the phones don't work from down there ? This company is busy with High dollar homes and doesn't have the decency to want smaller remodel jobs, and break promises, and stop ALL communications with the little people. If I were looking for a contractor in Roswell, I would forget this one as they don't respect people to give them am honest answer.

My company and I worked with an agent here to sell our property. The agent was motivated to help…read moreget the home sold and gave us a value expectation that we could live with. (Of course just because an agent gives a value doesn't guarsntee that is what it's going to sell for, and we understand that, but I'll get more into this shortly) At first it was going well, but as offers started coming in, our agent seemed to be more and more no longer working for/with us, and instead in her own interest. All offers that came in were much lower than our expected price. We accepted a few that fell out of contract, but even those would have resulted in a loss for us. Eventually our agent was pressuring us to accept offers that would have resulted in an even greater loss, which was something we just weren't willing to do. It's not the agents fault it seemed value seemed to have been well under where she originally anticipated, but eventually she threw up her hands and told us our only other option was to just demolish the property. I do not find pressuring your client to lose money and telling them to just demolish it a response you give when you are trying everything they can to sell a home. She also all of a sudden became fairly aggressive in her communications with us expecting quick responses after business hours and chastising us for not doing so. She was clearly over the property and it would have been much more professional to politely bow out rather than how she approached it. It was very unpleasant and required us to cancel our listing agreement to figure out another game plan, which more likely than not will mean finding another agent
