Other customers were using the dining area to read, spend time with family and friends, and work on laptops. I rate the Chai Latte has 5 stars and the holiday Sugar Plum Latte as 4.5 stars. They have had a loyalty program that I've always really liked, which most accurately replicated the old punch cards. Recently I got a notification from Cash App which they use for their loyalty that my points are about to expire in a week. It's hard to understand: the oldest points I had were from April and I'd been to it 6 times after that.
