It was almost too cute to drink... almost. It looked exactly like a chocolate-covered strawberry! It was so good I completely forgot to snap a picture before finishing it. The ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stop even better. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular for sure. There were 4-5 people working and they were working FAST. I ordered a plain latte, 12oz, and a chocolate sea salt toffee biscotti. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and paid about $8 after tip. The latte was good and the biscotti was even better. I'd stop back again, if in the area.

Even when they have amply staff and not many patrons, the wait times are ridiculous. I usually order a chai latte and it always tastes like warm milk with a splash of the chai. On my recent visit the workers seemed to be distracted by someone's kids who were behind the counter. The wait staff doesn't seem to be accommodating or very friendly. This is an excellent franchise and a great location. I hope some of these reviews are used to improve service and efficiency.

While we were eating our lunch a lady came inside bc they forgot to give her a straw, she also stood at the counter and called out many times saying hello and excuse me but no one came but we could hear the staff laughing and talking right around the corner from the counter. The costumer finally stepped around the counter and said Hello, excuse me then once again a employee finally came and ask what she needed. I realized the place wasn't busy BUT I think that the staff needs a refresher course on what they are supposed to do while at work.
