Well the food was cold, old and just terrible. Customer service was not that great either.

While there is signage--very drab signage--for the ax throwing business, trying to find signage for the bar, whose name differs from the ax place, is nearly impossible. I wouldn't have found the bar at all if Siri hadn't directed me to the ax place. There sure isn't anything on the outside that would draw in new customers to the bar-- had I not been determined, I never would've noticed it. Inside is okay. Nothing particularly outstanding to make the place pop, but okay. There's a medium sized bar, a long counter with chairs lined up, and a couple tables. I would call that long counter counter-productive (sorry, I couldn't resist!). It faces the outside wall, so one would have to swivel around to watch any of the tvs, and it's sure not conducive to conversation. I sat at the bar. The one stellar part of my visit was the bartender, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, who was very welcoming, friendly and competent. Somewhat oddly, I felt, is that their taps have no popular domestic beers like Bud, Miller, etc. Those domestic beers are relegated to cans or bottles. On the taps were maybe six mostly flavored beers. I'm a Miller Light kinda girl, but I asked to try a couple of those on tap, and the bartender was very gracious in allowing me to sample 2 of the on-taps. I ended up ordering the shandy, which wasn't bad. Once. I didn't order a second one. From the menu... I was pleased to see breaded, fried cauliflower, a favorite of mine, with a double smash cheeseburger. The cauliflower was the highlight of my food, tasty, perfectly fried, beautifully crispy. The smash burger was a real disappointment. Okay, let me hear from everyone now, why do we love smash burgers?? That's right, those wonderful crispy edges! Sadly, no crispy edges on this one. The 2 patties were also, somehow, cooked unevenly. One was well-done, the other medium. The flavor would have been good on a regular cheeseburger, but man, without those crispy edges, it really fell flat. My 3 star rating was due to the friendly bartender and the cauliflower. Otherwise, not so much even 3 stars. So...I tried, really, but nothing there will really bring me running back.

Waiter/Bartender/Jack of all trades was very friendly and attentive. There are over 30 drafts on tap. I had the Expresso Martini Stout (Boulevard Brewing) draft and my wife had a Topper Gold draft. Both were very tasty. There are a lot of options on the menu. I will return to try their wings. This visit I had a Brisket Sandwich with homemade chips and my wife had a fish sandwich and chips. My sandwich had a good amount of meat and the bun was a good one that was able to handle the meat. We both really enjoyed our meals! Restaurant seemed very clean, it is conveniently located right off of 22/30, and the service was excellent. Food and drink prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will return. It is definitely worth a visit.

The beer was good but she had to go to a different part of the building for it, so it took a while. The waitress was friendly. The building was a large open space that echoes a lot. It was very very loud inside even though no music was playing. I couldn't hear the people across the table from me and we had to scream at one another. I really was not a fan and can't return.

We were seated toward the back of the restaurant with a front-row view of the windows as a tremendous storm rolled through the area. It made for a surprisingly cozy atmosphere while we waited for dinner. Eat'n Park is known for its iconic Smiley Cookies and hearty Super Burgers, so there was no question what I was ordering. I went with the Super Burger paired with my favorite soda--a root beer. We were dining with friends and their son, and our son happily demolished some vegetables and mac and cheese. I will say that our food took quite a while to arrive, but with kids at the table, we found creative ways to stay entertained and keep everyone happy. Thankfully, the meal was worth the wait. My burger hit the spot, and the smiles around the table reminded me why local favorites like this continue to thrive. We walked out with Smiley Cookies in hand, memories made with friends, and a desire to return for more cookies and classic comfort food. Let's be honest--it's hard to end a meal on a better note than a burger and a Smiley Cookie. This local legend earns the Yelp Elite stamp of approval from me!

It will be a long while before we return. By the way still no dinner to eat! Paid over $45.00 for this meal Money wasted!
