It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.

Thankfully My apartment was also able to help last minute and move my move in date up to the next day. Tim, and his team were KIND courteous and careful. They successfully got my very difficult to move sofa up three flights of stairs Without damage! It was nice to have genuine human interaction with people offering a service and knowing they care about the people they are providing for. Only one of the guys let me buy him dinner, dang new years resolutions haha (I always get my movers dinner because it's a job that takes so much work!)
