It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.

My family used this storage facility for over a decade with no issues--until the new management took over. Since then, it's been downhill. The front gate has been broken for months, there are no security cameras, and no staff on-site during the day. We had to file a police report after someone tried to break into our unit. Even the Toledo Police Department warned us this is one of the worst storage facilities in the area. Management has shown zero urgency to fix anything, yet they keep raising the rent? Is this a joke? It's unsafe and unacceptable.

The security is very poor and several break ins have occurred despite being being told otherwise…read more The lighting is extremely poor, especially around the fence perimeter which is the access point for the thieves by cutting the fence wires. The camera monitoring system is not completely functional as well. Needless to say I do not recommend this storage facility, especially for RVs
