It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.

She doesn't know how to mark the parking spots with straight lines so the tenant in spot 0023 can't seem to park straight in his spot, and was encroaching into my 0022 spot. She would notify me that I was encroaching on his spot when, in fact, it was him encroaching on mine. She would call and demand that I move my trailer. When she canceled my gate code, the second time she decided she wanted to throw me out and she called the police and filed trespass forms. I then tried to rent a spot at another outback storage, she had already called the manager over there and the owner and they won't take my business at all. I wouldn't store anything with Outback at all ever again and I've stored things lots of places and never had a problem. This is the worst Storage Lot I've ever experienced. Debbie is an absolute BITCH.
