It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.

Mary even set me up with two units next to one another if my stuff wouldn't fit in one unit. Fortunately enough, their 30' x 30' was large enough for my four bed plus garage home. I was worried that I was not going to able to find INEXPENSIVE, storage FOR ONLY A MONTH OR, TWO. But, as it turns out Mary was exactly what I needed, only THREE MONTHS in the Unit, and I was out. I paid the 1st Month's rent, MONCLOVA STORAGE PAID THE SECOND (Promo at the time of booking), AND GOT A FREE LOCK ALSO! The best part was at CHECK OUT, I came over and cleaned out my unit on a Sunday...By the time I called Mary on Monday to inform her, she had already started processing to Move Out, and had the Unit rented. I did not even need to go back in to sign a cancel form, or anything. All I can say is I paid (well under) $150.00 for THREE MONTHS of storage in a 10 x 10 foot Unit, and a FREE LOCK...and truly feel like I got away with robbery...it was soo inexpensive.
