I don't know anything in life more stressful than moving, and having a team of experts that you can trust with basically all of your belongings, it's not just nice, it's NEEDED!! Ian and his team went above and beyond from day one. On the day he came to give me an estimate they helped even on that day! I had 15 years of life to move so it was no small project, and this team was constant motion to complete the whole move in a day. I very literally could have never done it without them. I requested them to pack everything and move it. They lied about the materials that they said they would provide for the job. They under-quoted the amount of time that it was going to take to complete the move even after all information about the move that they requested was provided to them prior. Once they realized it was going to take longer than the amount of time quoted to me by them, they got in a big hurry and just started throwing my items carelessly into trash bags. They did not care about the items, and some items were broken, and other items "mysteriously" came up missing. They did not bring boxes for the move like I was told, instead bringing trash bags only to pack everything in them with out any way to tell what was in them, making un packing stressful and a nightmare for me. They left a bunch of items at the old address for which I myself had to go back FOUR separate times to retrieve my items, that they determined on their own that the items were trash, with out asking me if the items needed to be included in the move or not, they just left them there. They would have left all of my food in the refrigerator and freezer, if I would not have asked them if they packed it or not. I firmly believe that Ian completely lied to me about his so called company, supposed satisfied customers, and I know he lied about the boxes and packing tape that he said he would bring. Then when going back to the old address to make sure everything had been packed, and finding out that all the items in the bathroom were not packed along with a few other items, I told Ian that these items needed to be packed and moved. He very rudely replied, "Can I get paid!". Then once he proceeded to rip the shower curtain off the wall of the bathroom with the shower curtain still attached to the rod, threw all of my bathroom items in a trash bag, drove over to the new address, opened up the door and just threw the stuff on the floor and couch, and left as quick as he could. Ian made the moving process that was already stressful for me, even more stressful by lying and misrepresenting himself to gain my business. Do not waste your time hiring this company, or else you will regret it. I know I regret hiring them. read more

I hired this company for a local move in Aug2025. The owner's communication was very timely and friendly. I appreciated that they took the job on quite short notice when my original mover cancelled. They did a great job on moving day, and it was challenging going up and down stairs. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the actual cost turned out to be quite a bit higher than the quote. Due the distance to my town, the quote was based on photos I sent of my rooms. However, it was not taken into account that I had not yet packed closets and cabinets, so there were more boxes than were quoted for. In conclusion, they were very friendly and did a good job with the move. I would recommend them, with the suggestion of getting an in-person quote and/or asking more questions about what's included in the expected price. read more
