We offer a spectacular cleaning service at an affordable price! No judgement, complete discretion! Kid and pet friendly cleaning supplies. The rate is $35/hr. This provides you with one cleaner. 2 cleaners are available with 2 weeks prior request @ the rate of $55/hr. Your rate includes the cost of the cleaners, equipment depreciation, etc. Nighttime and weekend cleaning hours are available but come with a moderately higher rate of $58/hr for one cleaner and $78/hr for 2. Nighttime hours are 11pm-7am unless other negotiations are made prior to the execution of tasks. If references are desired they are available upon request. Some of the businesses I've cleaned for are FnK Designs Busy Beaver Lumber Strauss Auction and Sales Goodwill Industries Metafizzy Minor Nursing Home Etc. As well as the individual homes I have and do clean regularly. For a first time clean it typically goes about 6-10 hours bc if it doesn't sparkle then it isn't clean.
