I recently bought a home with a fireplace & needed it inspected/cleaned before I could feel comfortable using it. Stoker's was available just a week after I called, when other companies I had called weren't able to come for 6 weeks. David & Austin were very polite, friendly, neat and thorough in their entire process. They took the time to explain all the areas they inspected and how to best use the fireplace. While they were on the roof, they took some photos of the chimney & other vents, and showed me areas that needed attention.
