The job site gave us significant pushback regarding the delivery, yet the driver and the company made it happen. As someone who deals with a lot of vendors, I know how frustrating these situations can be, and I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service that Josh's Dumpster provided. We will absolutely be using them for more of our jobs in the future.

Outside of the constant rate hikes, frequency of missed or delayed pickups, and complete lack of…read moreempathy shown by CS Reps, I have two specific examples that sent me to a one star review. 1) They emailed me to expect a delay in my service, which is understandable on occasion, for two days. I finally called to get an explanation and "there is a lack of drivers in the area, we will schedule you for a missed pick up on the next convenient day." That "convenient day" was the day before my next scheduled pick up. I called to attempt to get a credit for missing a full week of service and was promptly told that "because I scheduled a missed pickup, I am unable to get a credit." Neat. I paid for them to lift an empty bin the following day because of their inability to retain drivers. 2) When I finally decided to cancel service because of all of the above, I received the invoice on July 13th and turned off autopay that same day. I officially cancelled service on July 30th because I wanted to make sure I had a shot at having my trash picked up through the end of the service. Republic charged my card that had been on file on August 2nd and told me that I will have to wait until my final invoice is processed to be refunded. "We bill ahead of the service. We send the invoice on the 13th of the month prior so that you can review the invoice and ask billing questions prior to being charged on the second of the month." I'm unclear on the logic there.
