I called on a Saturday morning for first available date. Alex told me he had a huge job on Monday and Tuesday of the following week but he could get to me on Wednesday. He arrived Wednesday morning as promised ready to go. He was alone because his helper didn't show up for work. Even though he was short handed he still got the job done in a fair amount of time.
