From the initial contact analysis through installation, the Solar Harvest team was there to answer questions and make sure everything worked as advertised. For three years, we were making electricity at the targeted level with no problems. In late summer of 2021, our panels stopped producing. Solar Harvest sent out a crew to see what the problem was. Turns out the microinverters were not working and the engineer from Solar Harvest contacted Sun Power Company that manufactures the electrical components, and the next week they were back, replacing the necessary parts. We are back making electricity. Everything was covered under Sun Power's comprehensive warranty. I find the trust in a company is not achieved only by the initial service provided, but through continued service to their customers. I'm glad we chose Solar Harvest for our solar power needs.

I go in and they plug it in and (the motor was sounding horrible!) the motor squeals and he says, it's the motor! Really? As if I couldn't tell. So before heading in I had looked up the motor and knew what I was looking at $$ wise just labor i was curious about and to know that the motor was my only problem. He continues, yeah your motor is shot and unfortunately I worry that if I started messing with this it could break and they don't make parts for these anymore. Mind you my husband bought me this six years ago, yes I know they don't sell them anymore but I have bought replacement parts for this and have had no issue finding them whatsoever! So I told him I looked up the motor and found it on amazon ($33.96) so he looks it up and found it for $47! Of course he said it would be free shipping. What a load of crap! He says I can buy the motor and just pay labor, which is only $49! I said forget it and he threw up his hands and walked away. I was curious if I asked about his products if that would change his attitude. Of course it did and now I know I will never go back. 10 min to remove clean and replace the motor. $35 with tax And I got free shipping (who knew that was available to anyone other than him!) and my shampooed works again. FYI I am a caregiver not an electrician or mathematician or rocket scientist. I did not use YouTube to figure out how to fix my machine. This is not a hard thing to do and done yourself can be much cheaper. People like that prey on the naive. Know your stuff before you head in, and unless you want to put another gold bracelet on his arm fix it yourself. Lastly, if he would have been even slightly nicer, I would have paid him to fix it. Attitude is everything.

If this was their best, I cringe at the thought of what they're maintaining clean looks like. They didn't move even a freestanding fan when they vacuumed, didn't clean the inside of the microwave, did not wipe down the front of the refrigerator or stove, as she told me they did and they spilled oil from an older fan, that my mom owns, on her bedspread and carpet and then tried to tell me it was leaking! There was no oil where the fan have been sitting. To top it off they charged me $50 and were there an hour! Had I seen the video before sending the check, I would've paid her what I thought it was worth, at most $25. Below you will see a response. Yes they say they are going to void my check. As for integrity ... There is none. As I told her.. " It's definitely not about the money.. It's about integrity!" Which, I'm sure, is why she added that to her response. Sad really.
