I broke my only car key in half and the dealer wanted $245 to get me a whole new fob AND I had to tow the car to them. Jeff was able to come out to us within an hour and he replaced the broken metal, made me a spare AND gave me a key that will open the doors all for less than the dealer wanted for a new key.
