I ordered the miso glazed salmon, which not only tasted terrible but didn't even arrive until 30 minutes after everyone else at the table had already been served. Thirty minutes! By the time my meal came out, my family had already finished eating. Keep in mind, this was at 5:00 PM--there was no line, and the restaurant was nearly empty. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of delay. I understand that salmon can take longer to prepare, but this was beyond unreasonable. The entire point of going out to eat is to enjoy a meal together--not to have everyone finish while one person is left sitting there waiting. That's the bare minimum expectation of a restaurant, and they completely failed at it. What made it even worse was the complete lack of acknowledgment. Our waiter said nothing about the delay. When the food finally did arrive, the waitress dropped the plate on the table, mumbled something about cooking time, and walked off without so much as an apology. No effort was made to fix the situation--no apology, no comped meal, not even a small gesture like offering dessert. We held off on complaining at first, expecting someone to recognize the mistake and make it right, but that never happened. This was beyond frustrating. The service was unacceptable, the food was mediocre at best, and the entire experience felt like a complete waste of money. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely needs to be brought to the attention of anyone considering dining here.

This time I tried their mac and cheese, it was cheesy and I liked the type of pasta noodle they used that allowed it to get extra crispy and crunchy with the spiral texture, however it was a little dry and on the blander side for mac! The ordering system is great and straightforward, you order and pay on your phone and then food appears straight to your table! Genius, convenient and perfect for groups as there's no splitting the bill awkwardly at the end. And the dog friendliness is so clutch, our pups always enjoy the sunshine and rest. Really great spot I would recommend in a sea of terrible touristy Mammoth dining establishments.

Head always sucks IMHO lol...and the Kolsch was nice and crisp, just the way I like it! I worked hard today and for some reason the thing calling my attention on the menu today was the short rib. That isnt the first thing on the menu I usually look for but probably working my body hard made me want some protein. The short rib was so good, very tender, so well cooked and the BBQ demi glace hit the spot. It also came with arugula garnish, which is my favorite green and went very well with the short rib. Potato gratin was yummy and the onion rings perfect! I ate to my hearts content, soooo good! Large portion size so I have leftovers for another meal. Service was good, host at the front was super cheery and friendly. Lots of merch for sale here. Many of the beers also in cans for takeaway too. Also ample parking, and there is also an area to sit outside too. I chose to sit inside as I was outside all day already and got more than my daily Vit D dose! Loaded with beefy goodness and covered in sauce n cheese! Get it with a side of hash browns too, they do em right IMO. Id also like to point out the ambiance too...it's super cozy and I'm a fan of the decor inside. Just cows and more cows on the walls. In a tasteful way too! Overall: Actually ate here twice while on our family trip. Honestly, I would come again and again in future trips too. We went with the smoked salmon and steak crostinis. The bread was toasted to perfection and the steak was plentiful. No complaints whatsoever. After devouring those, and still waiting for the boys to arrive, we now are craving dessert - so we ended up ordering smores crepe - which pairs well with Baileys and coffee . On a cool 30 degree day, this really hit the spot. The boys finally arrived and ordered their meals (tacos, soup and sandwich). Everyone left feeling satisfied - and enough energy to go back up the mountain for round 2 of boarding!
