Easily the WORST, MOST TASTELESS ice cream I've ever had! Be sure to pass on Hugs and find another ice cream alternative here in Mammoth, or at least avoid the Butter Pecan and the Kauai Pie! I've genuinely never experienced customer service this rude. I asked for a kids-sized scoop and the employees literally laughed in my face and told me you have to be 8 years old to order it. Are you guys running a business or not? Do you want customers' money or not? Hugs is seemingly the only outpost in Mammoth that has jumped on the 'fancy' ice cream flavors. I admit that I didn't try their ice creams-but I tried their sorbets which was a lighter option. During my visit there was a line but honestly it felt like the induced demand that occurs at ice cream shops. There's a limited amount of space and with a larger group of people congregating/sampling/adding toppings etc. the line seems longer than it actually is. For me, since I got the sorbet-the case was pretty open and shut and the wait to service ratio was pretty lopsided.
