I mean, you never truly want to have to call a tow service, do you?…read more Due to an unfortunate situation with my girlfriend's vehicle, caused by an automotive parts store, I was in need of a tow service. After I fired up the ol' trusty Yelp machine, I came across a couple companies with great reviews. The first one never answered my phone call. Thankfully, the second company and first to answer was Mr. Sam & 66 Towing! He was actually on the highway out of town and didn't hesitate to turn around and rescue me. He was there in less than 20 minutes! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. We had a great conversation from pickup, to the drop off at the dealership, all the way to dropping me off at home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience during a miserable, out-of-my-hands situation. I have stored his number in my phone. Sam & 66 Towing will be my go-to tow service as long as I live in the DMV region. Thanks Sam! He doesn't want your arms or legs, just your tows. ;-)

In order to do so, your driver decided it would be okay to drive on my lawn. When the driver was out of the cabin and at the tail of the towing truck, moving the car off of the ramp, the truck actually moved forward more into the yard. Upon leaving, he drove even further onto my property, cutting the wheels to try and navigate his way out. When confronted by my wife, he said he didn't leave any tracks on the lawn. I beg to differ. We work hard to maintain our property and keep it looking nice. For your driver to unilaterally decide it was okay to do this is absolutely unacceptable. I am not yet fully aware of what actions I have at my disposal here, but I wanted to start by letting you know about this incident and to check with you to see if this is an accurate representation of your company's standards and practices. --- That message was sent to Blair's Towing after I called the company about the incident. They said they would respond to an email sent to info@blairstowing.com. The message was sent to them over a month ago and we have not heard back. It's safe to say that this company doesn't care about people or their property. Avoid using them. There's plenty of other towing companies out there.
