Anytime I had any questions Chae was always available to take my call and answer them. I was purchasing a home from a builder who had very specific dates for appraisal and closing. Chae and his team met there dates and had docs to title days before the deadline. Chae is very knowledgeable and rates are very competitive! I will definitely recommend Chae to anyone I know and I will be using him again.

Robyn Trinci was the worst person to work with. She set up calls with me just to not be available…read more When she did call back she called and hung up immediately just to register a call was made and ignored my immediate returned call. She got upset because I told her to communicate with me via email to have a paper trail going forward because she was not reliable communicating, whatsoever. Then she completely ghosted me! Buying your first home is a daunting process and she was absolutely the worst person I could have come in contact with. Nevertheless, New American Funding was able to step in and get my loan approved without any communication issues or negative energy. I would never recommend her! I would actually run far away from this company, check their yelp reviews totally different vibe than these google reviews. By the grace of god after the first false call, I reached out to a secondary lender and got the process taken care of, emailed her and STILL haven't heard back. So I had the builder contact her and tell her that I was not moving forward with Inspire and that is SOLELY due to Robyn Trinci.

Zero stars! This lender is the absolute worst to work with…read more 1)Their website is not secure 2)They do not have technical support 3)The one time payment option errors every single time, causing delays, late payments, etc. 4)Do not expect payment reminders, which is the norm for financial intuitions. 5) Do not expect ANY communication about escrow changes until the time comes to pay your monthly payment. Surprise!!! I have no idea why my previous lender sold off my mortgage but this company and their (lack of) business ethics are 100% unacceptable.

With a recent credit score in the 700s, I made an offer on a new home and sold my existing one. But I was then horrified to find that my credit score had dropped to the low 500s because SLS reported FOUR late payments in the previous year, No bank on earth will approve me for a mortgage now, nor do I even qualify for a decent rental. These days, I probably can't even buy a doghouse on layaway. I made my payment on time every month and have complete bank records and even acknowledgement emails from SLS to prove it. Yet SLS keeps insisting otherwise and won't back down. They don't believe the truth even when it's right there in black and white! Because of SLS, my family has gone from a $2M home to being unhoused. This is so terribly unfair.
