The people at the gym were super friendly (most of them) and the coach and owner was actually coaching. I have been some places where the coach is not doing much, but at this place the coaching and programming were perfect! This will be my go to place from now on when I am visiting Hilton head! I will be back in December for sure!!!

The staff was accommodative and flexible with my membership giving me several options for my time down here. They have supplements and drinks for sale which make it a solid one stop shop. They have a lot of the machines I like so that's a plus. The owner was nice but wouldn't let my wife and I have a single free day to try out the gym. Felt the pressure and caved to get a membership. Canceled after 2 months. Regular fees etc associated with the process. He seemed to be intense and want to nickel and dime for ever last penny which ended up costing him a lot more than the 16$ day pass we would've gotten "free". Just go to your apt gym or another one. Also it's on the third floor and so if you drop and weight at all they get mad.

I needed a place to work out on my recent vacation to Hilton Head and the gym at the Players Club…read moreResort was the closest and the cheapest to the house that we rented in Sea Pines. The gym is located just a couple of minutes outside of the lower gate (N. Sea Pines Drive) near the intersection of Cordillo Parkway and Deallyon Road. I bought the weekly pass for $30, but you can also buy a 2 day pass for $20 or a 1 day pass for $12. The gym was serviceable for being on vacation, but it is not a gym that I would join on a long-term basis. The gym has all of the weight and cardio machines that you need, but they fit as many of them as possible into their space, and as a result, the machines are uncomfortably close together. One day I was on the stationary bike and the dude next to me shook his head and his sweat landed on my arm. Another day, also while on the stationary bike, a lady got on the bike next to me and she smelled like wild yams. On the flip side, I never had to wait for a machine or cardio equipment because of the fact that they were packed in there. There is one set of free weight dumbbells that has all the weights from 2 to 70 lbs or so. All of the weight machines are functional and are Nautilus circa early 2000s. There are many different machines to work every muscle group. All and all, I would come back this gym on my next visit to the island, but I'm glad I don't have to come here every day.

They locked us all in a jail and we had to then figure out how to get out of the jail, find all the clues for the stolen treasure and escape the building. As a team we worked together well and the little guy was quick to grab the keys once we found them so he could unlock the next area! There are other escape room options but a little too scary for the younger crowd. Overall awesome adventure!
