I called and spoke with a person at…read morePestcore who told me she thought someone would be available that day, and in fewer than 2 minutes of hanging up with receptionist, a pest control expert named Gary Balak from Pestcore called me back and said he could be at our place in Beach Haven that afternoon to inspect what we had found, and believed to be bed bugs. Gary told us he would call or text if his time of arrival wasn't between 2-4pm that day as promised, and which we appreciated. 30 minutes later, Gary called back to say he freed up and could come to our home, which he did right away. He was an excellent communicator, very professionally presented in both truck and dress, and took a careful look to then tell us it was a type of ladybug but not bedbugs - fortunately. We were relieved since we had family coming, and could not have been happier with Pestcore and Gary. Oh, and there was no charge since no work was done. I offered to pay but they politely declined and said they appreciated our business. Excellent service and good to know they are around should we need them again.

I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!!
