The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn't get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. I will continue to work with them in the future on all my properties and the ones I manage. I highly recommend them!

It's been roughly 6 weeks since I first contacted them to schedule the work to be done and it appears as if I've been ghosted. They wasted my time and I don't appreciate that.
