But I've never ordered it since at Coa del Mar. He said theirs was quite good so I took a chance. It was EXCELLENT. I took my steak off too early and it was a bit more rare than medium rare, so I just threw it back on the rock for a bit. My friend had a rib eye that was rare, so he cooked it up more too. I asked her politely if she could have them box it up for us (she was confused) i adked again and let her know we were just going to take it home. she agreed and before she left I asked for another drink from the bar. she informed me the bar was now closed as it was thirty minutes till close. I explained to her we had been waiting for awhile for another drink and hadnt seen her around anywhere. you could tell in her voice she was slightly irritated and didnt want to hear it. she told us okay well they will box your food. we could hear them chattering about it in the kitchen after thay. she did however come back and inform me that the manager said it was okay for us to receive another drink while we waited. despite the experience here, we love this restaurant . we will continue to support this business.

The Greek salad had very little flavor, the hummus was equally underwhelming, and the gyro just wasn't anything memorable. We kept waiting for those bold Mediterranean flavors that never came. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't one we'd repeat. There are better Greek and Mediterranean options in the Treasure Valley, so unfortunately we wouldn't return.
