Since agreed to the terms of the contract, workers came in very fast. they ripped the old shingle also fast, but didn't put huge tarp to handle the debris: they had small parts of tarps laying on the ground and throwing old shingles on them, I would say 80% hit the target. Of course bad wood was found, and a new charge came with it.
