I tried calling, emailing, reaching out via the website and nothing. We were trying to get all our choices completed prior to Oct 2023 construction so I expected and communicated upfront to Gina that I needed to get this done and for her to be responsive, please. Gina was good with recommendations but very slow to respond and it would take constant reminders to get her to deliver what we agreed to. The last items we worked on were the bathroom selections avd the agreed-upon next steps were a delivery of all the bathroom selections in writing so I know what we had completed. I texted her several times to send the choices, but I never heard back. I don't feel that I received my monies worth or the service I expected. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend working with her. A professional would have reached out to work out any issues with me If there were any. You don't ghost a client.

We wanted a design style that would create a balance between the generations. Peter again listened to the varied desires, interior tastes and needs of each individual in our home. Then, Peteredesigns guided us through the smallest and often overlooked details as to the lights and outlet covers. Our younger home owners enjoy their personalized spaces. The generalized and common spaces host any age group. I am so comfortable in my space that it is hard to leave for my day job! I could not close my review without mentioning that Peter always gave us options of products from which to choose. He found creative solutions to achieve the feel and look we desired. The final outcome never fail to satisfy my comfort and style taste buds. Peter endeavored to stay within our budget. He is honest and forthright with information about cost and quality. We always got what we agreed upon in cost and product. Since the Pandemic we had to wait for months for delivery of certain products and craftsmanship work. Bob Jobs Maintenance

I've never written a review before but I had to with the customer service I received from Bob…read more Quick summary, I had friends staying at our place in Ocean City, MD for the week. During the midweek of their stay, the pipe underneath the kitchen sink separated between the drain and the trap. With me being at work and 2.5 hours away, I couldn't fix it. I went online and saw Bob's service on Yelp. He was the first number I called. When I spoke with him, he was on the road, literally 2 blocks away and took my service call right at that time. With me not being there, I was unaware of how serious the repair was going to be. He stated, he would give me a free estimate prior to any work that needed to be done. Ten minutes later, Bob called me and informed me it was fixed. The adjoining pipe had slipped down, causing the trap to separate from the drain pipe. He reattached all of the pipes and reinforced it to prevent them from slipping again. He not only fixed the leak and saved me a small road trip, he told me there was no charge!! He provided a service with no cost! Just to note, I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me. It's because there are people out there that take advantage of people and situations during a time of need. He portrayed the complete opposite. I couldn't accept him not charging me so, I had to ask for his address to extend my thanks and payment for his help. Whether it was a small or large repair, Bob was honest and prompt to help. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I had called a handy man in DE only to inform me that he would have to charge me a three hour minimum for a 30 minute project. I called Bob Jobs Maintenance this morning, not expecting he could or would do it today. He showed up in 15 minutes and installed the tv in 20-25minutes. The only reason it took longer was he had to get metric screws. So from the time I called him until the tv was installed and working, an hour tops. I have never had such efficient - timely service in OC - in the summer - ever! Additionally his price was way less than I expected to pay which is also very unusual in these parts during this time of the year! To say I am pleased with Bob Jobs Maintenance is an understatement - I am ecstatic! Call this guy first! I know if I need service in the future, this is the ONLY person I will call. It feels great to be treated so good!
