The owner sends in a response to the review almost a couple of minutes later stating this. "Yes that's Uber Eats that's what you will get in delivery with 26 dollars thanks for your kind feedback please find us that much food in 26 dollars on third party app like Uber Eats if you can't afford delivery don't get it delivered order it at store and pickup the same food you will get in 18 dollars at store pickup thanks again for your feedback still get us that much food in store pickup in 26 dollars somewhere else As well" The owner is very rude & dishonest. After I had made my review I presume the owner mass reported the review so google's review ai would take it down. Then, the owner floods the comments with positive reviews almost bot like. The quality of food should not matter where it was ordered from whether it was from a third party app or from a pickup order. The issue wasn't where I could not afford the meal, nor was it mentioned in my review above. Quite rude. The portions did not match the price & I had missing items from the order as shown in the image. If you would like to try out a better desi style restaurant I would recommend Kabobeesh.

Service was pretty brief, but helpful, and we were able to order and get our food fairly quickly! The order for four: - Chicken tikka masala-- the benchmark. - Lamb vindaloo-- the craving. - Vegetable korma-- veggies to balance things out. - Cheese and peshawari naan. - Two mango lassis. Flavors are on-point here! Portions seemed a bit small, but we were definitely completely stuffed by the time we were through, and we cleaned off everything, including the leftover sauce on the bottoms of our bowls with our naan. Peshawari naan was a pleasant surprise! Good sweet and slightly nutty flavor complemented a lot of the dishes that we got. Meat is tender and they are pretty generous with the quantities of meat compared to other Indian places I've visited in the past. Mango lassis were also decent-- nothing to wow about, but solid, and a good way to finish off the meal after all the flavor bombing from the other dishes. Ambience is simple and there's not a lot of room for large groups here. Indoor and outdoor is available, but just expect a simple homey environment and nothing too fancy!

Hands down, this is one of the two best Indian restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at!…read more(the other being the Michelin-starred Veeraswamy in London) The dishes were the timeless classics you expect, but each came with its own thoughtful twist that made them feel completely new. The sauces that accompanied our butter chicken, chicken korma, and samosas were layered, complex, and unlike anything I've had before. The staff expertly guided us on spice levels, and the service throughout the meal was excellent. From the outside the restaurant may seem unassuming, but don't let that fool you. This place is more than worth the visit, and I'll be returning very soon.

So since I had my heart attack the cardiac rehabilitation center has been telling me to stick to the Mediterranean diet. Which isn't bad because I enjoy it. Just don't know of a ton of places. So we were walking along Main Street and this place caught my eye. We went in and I got the Greek salad with grilled chicken. My wife got the falafel. She said it was some of the best falafel she's had. Which is saying a lot. Much like Shania Twain most things don't impress her much. I don't think she's care if she met Brad Pitt. My salad was terrific. Hearty and inexpensive. The pita was excellent too. Only one guy on doing everything and he was quick. Felt a little bad for him. You can dine in but no bathroom.

I honestly found the food here pretty bland. The wrap didn't wow me and I could have made this quality at home for much cheaper. I ended up getting the Chicken Shwarma Sandwich. The hummus didn't have a kick to it. I really liked the use of lettuce and tomato but that should always be in a shwarma sandwich. The pita used was pretty bland tasting as well and didn't taste freshly made.

If you show up at a popular Italian restaurant Saturday night without a reservation, it's likely…read moreyou won't get in, especially during Restaurant Week. We didn't. So we drove to Saffron Kitchen, thinking our chances were better. I like the ambience of Saffron. While my favorite Indian restaurant is a hole-in-the wall a few miles away, I was happy to be here. A waiter handed us menus that didn't include the prix-fixe dinner we came in for. "We have October specials. That's it," he said. "Nope, please check with the manager," I responded. And I was right. (Anyone coming in through October 25th might request the Restaurant Week menu, which may -- or may not -- be of interest.) The prix-fixe is $30 per person. Dinner was great, with leftovers enough for another meal. The appetizer was my favorite part. We each got a plate with a succulent chicken kabob and what's called 'aloo tikki.' (Was it potato? It was delicious.) There's a choice of four entrees, two being vegetarian. I chose chicken bhuna cooked with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic in a light curry. My husband ordered chicken tikka masala in a creamy, spicy tomato sauce. I thought his was better than mine. The plates came with basmati rice and a choice of either butter or garlic naan. You're given badami kheer, an Indian spin on rice pudding, for dessert. It's very good. I noticed there's a small lot to the side of the building, but nonetheless street parking is readily available. Saturday night Saffron had a steady stream of customers, many bringing their own wine. I'm happy to see they remain a byob sans corkage fee.
