This restaurant was great all around. Location is so close to all the happening things, yet not quite in the middle. It was perfect for self reflection as I sat outside on a perfect Summer day (in February). The waitresses I encountered spoke English (huge plus for BA), and they took Visa CC's (another bonus)! I had been eating so much meat in BA I was relieved to find chicken breast and veggies, so I was in heaven. The salad dressing in Argentina is oil/balsamic vinegar/salt. That's it. So be prepared if you order salad. The vegetables were fresh, and eggplant was cooked perfectly. I also loved the espresso. There are a ton of details this place doesn't miss, and ambiance is the largest. The staff was also some of the nicest I encountered on my trip. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Great cafe and delicious pastries. Location is right smack dab in the middle of Palermo-land shopping so you can take a break and fill your caffein fix or just bring a book or some work and chill out. The breakfast options are wonderfully carby and cheesy, heaven yet so sinful. Service is friendly and attentive and prices are a little high but hey this is Palermo and if you are reading this in English you probably have those tourist $ to spend. read more

Excellent food. Got the Waffles with Nutella with fruit, eggs & bacon. Highly recommend! The portions are large and they don't cheat you, which I love! Got the La Leyenda cocktail with Whiskey & it was very tasty & the bartender has a heavy pour, which is awesome. Our waitress Fernanda was very attentive & sweet. The one thing I will say is that the food/drinks took awhile but I think it may have been because it was Sunday. Overall, a spot to go to! read more

Our Argentinean friends took us here for breakfast/lunch. Cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly service and very good croissants and coffee. Very, very passable English spoken here and universally loved classical music (I loved hearing the Shostakovich 2nd Waltz) set an enjoyable atmosphere. Definite do over. The owner suggested her favorite Foods to us and was very polite in recommending food, she spoke about a three course all inclusive meal the "menu" and then she charged us almost $400 USD for food that was honestly some of the worst food that I have ever tasted, please save yourself the heartbreak and the money. This place is a scam and the owner is intent on taking advantage of tourists. It was out first day ever in Argentina and out first Horus in the country when she lured us in and took advantage of our ignorance, so I urge you to keep walking if you see this restaurant, because the food is aweful and it is simply not worth it. read more

I popped in and saw such amazing looking pastries that I had to try them. I got 2 different treats and both were very dense, sort of oily and the meringue on top was pretty stale. I realized what made the cake look like it'd be moist was actually it just being oily. The cafe itself seems nice and the staff was very friendly but the 2 items I tried were simply not good. read more
