I was GHOSTED. was helping me apply for a home loan but my credit needed work. A few weeks pass by and I told him I paid off credit card debt and he IMMEDIATELY Re-Ran my credit without my permission. He said I was only approved for 450k MAX. After this point he decided to ghost me and avoid my phone calls and texts. I ended up going with another lender and was approved for 950K. for the sake of this particular lender I will not say names. Im sure this organization is not bad for home lending but I DID have a bad experience with one particular lender. 5 stars because im not a hater. read more

As a first time home buyer, I knew I would need someone on our side to help secure our loan who is available, moved fast, patient and willing to walk us through the process, and also provide competitive rates. I found all of this with Loan Titan and knew from our first phone call that they were the real deal. Nareg, Dina, and team are excellent at what they do. While the escrow process is stressful and has many unforeseen challenges, having someone like Nareg and team fighting for us helped put us at ease. Thanks to them we were able to close on our house. Highly recommend. read more

I've had the opportunity to work directly with Nareg now on two loans, and I've had a wonderful experience both times. He was able to find me aggressive rates, given my financing circumstances, and was creative in ways to help getting me and my partner funding. There are many mortgage brokers that just want the easy loans, but Loan Titan were able to find me loans that other brokers just could not. When dealing with a major purchase like a home, having someone who is willing to go the extra mile to find that better deal for you can make all of the difference. read more

O. M. G! This company was perfect to put together my owner will carry origination for me. They totally made sure that this loan protected me totally. Designed to protect me from any diversity that might occur in me carrying this loan in so many ways. Even when Nareg was on a trip with his family, he answered my call! (Ordinarily, I don't bother business people in this way and was not aware that he was away.) I highly recommend him and the Loan Titan Team!!! read more

Nareg, Dina, and team worked hard to get my mortgage approved and get my family into our first home. They were able to get the mortgage finalized to meet our closing date in 21 days. Every step was taken promptly and with round-the-clock communication. I would recommend Loan Titan if you're looking for a thorough and professional mortgage loan broker. read more

I could not be happier with their service, they really fight for their clients. The communication is fast, clear, and professional. Kal, the owner, really cares. Great team, great people, very reliable! Khaled was an amazing help! You won't regret working with Loan Titan

Mr. Tizani and the Loan Titan Team create miracles. I was left in a situation that I wish on nobody, I had my house destroyed by a contractor that was family to me, he stole hundred of thousands away from me, I was left with a financial challenge that kept me up at night. I need more money to fund another contractor. He assured me he could do it and in this unique situation there were obstacles along the way, but they kept me posted the whole way and funded what i needed..... thank you to Khal, Sevaag, Kenan and Peter! I am forever grateful! read more

Nareg and his team rock. We recently had a request for an unusual type of refinance on an investment property. Most lenders did not care to take on the challenge. However, that was no challenge for Nareg. He was able to move the loan request forward at the exact time frames promised form the beginning. His team is very professional and reply to your requests quickly. The data base they use is very user friendly and keeps your file documents and status very organized and easy to understand. Thank you!! read more

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect and how the process would work but was fortunate enough to have had Nareg on my side throughout the process. From our initial conversation simply expressing interest in purchasing a home up until we signed closing documents (and even after) Nareg was willing to answer all my questions. Efficient, professional and patient - not more to ask for. If you're in the market for property, don't look anywhere else. read more

Nareg and his team are the best you could ask for when going through the home buying process. From the initial consultation to the the close of escrow, he was able to help and advise on everything finance and mortgage related in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner. My wife and I were a little doubtful that buying a house would work out for us, but after meeting with Nareg and discussing our finances, we felt better about what we could get, and decided to follow our dreams of home ownership sooner rather than later. Throughout the process Nareg was available to answer questions, and advise on what would work best for us, while also making sure we were aware of and understood all of our options. Nareg is one of these type A+ professionals that you always wanna work with but it's so hard to find. We worked with him for second time on a new mortgage, and he made sure that we not only close escrow smoothly (despite the difficulties), but we also get the best rates out there. Nareg stays on top of things, he will fight for you, he is very quick, responds fast to emails and texts, he is super friendly, and is always available to answers to all your questions, no matter what time it is. When an issue came up with one of the lenders that delayed the escrow closing due to a previous forbearance, Nareg stepped in, talked to the seller's agent, and personally guaranteed with his own funds (in writing) that the loan approval will happen and he will take care of any per-diem penalties. If not for him, we wouldn't be able to get our dream home for sure. read more

Update on working with Nareg: we went through him for our refinance. It was very straight forward, on a Friday night as we sat down for dinner, we sent him an email asking if it made sense to refinance. He explained his answers and before we had finished our dessert we were refinancing. Nareg as always is helping us save money and his team is very quick to answer any questions. read more

I can't thank Nareg and his team enough for his services and his timing. I closed escrow with him five years ago and just when the time was right, he helped my family lock down an amazing rate on our refinance. What I appreciate most is his how his knowledge is only surpassed by his genuine desire to do what is best for his clients. He is available seemingly around the clock for any inquiries and makes sure that the entire process is as seamless as can be. THE Best I've ever encountered!!! Nareg truly takes each case to heart, he's the best!!!

Working with Nareg was definitely the best outcome that could have happened while purchasing a home. He was extremely responsive, professional, and informative when it came to the lending and buying process of my home. He walked me through each technical question that I had and he had many approaches to dealing with hurdles that came up during it all. He was also always available when a new question would arise and he would walk me through each option available until I was comfortable with the next steps. I got phenomenal rates that even during this period of "low interest rates" people couldn't believe what I got was even an option. To lock these in for the next 30 years is going to be life changing for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more

I was very fortunate that was introduced Nareg. Finally I was able to refinance my house and have the lowest interest possible. It was a great experience working with both Nareg and Sevag. read more

We are so thankful for Nareg and all his dedication to making sure our loan went through. Originally we got a pre-approval from Bank of America, which really means they ask you 30 questions and try to lock you into their services. The pre-approval process with Nareg was more detailed and thorough and though Bank of America might seem easier, we would not have been able to fund our loan and close escrow on our house. Don't let them fool you with their easy pre approval process, it doesn't mean anything. We are self employed and we were really stressed about the approval and entire process. Nareg went out of his way to be thorough and was extremely transparent throughout escrow. I highly recommend Nareg and will definitely use him for all future loan needs. read more

Nareg is a top-tier mortgage banker. He is professional, attentive and is available 24/7, which even if this isn't your first financing experience, you will surely appreciate. As a real estate professional myself, having worked with dozens of agents and escrow officers, I can confidently say Nareg stands above the rest. Don't think you'll be up charged for the extra touch; Nareg competes with the best of the best. On my refi Nareg FLAT OUT BEAT my prior lender's estimates on both rates and closing costs, making the decision to go with Huntington a no brainer. Thanks again Nareg & team for making the process as painless as possible and helping me restructure my mortgage, allowing me to save more money than I could've imagined. read more
