I recommended Mobile RV Service as I had seen them make other calls on our road. They contacted Bryan at 8 am and his wife took the call. Throughout the day, his wife kept them informed on the maintenance call process. The last call, she said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he arrived right on time! He had the air conditioner problem diagnosed in 15 minutes! Within 25 minutes of arriving, he had an estimate for a new one turnkey installed. The air conditioner was installed within an hour and the trailer is currently cooling down! I can't say enough good about this service! I called prior to bringing it and the man told me they would be able to handle it but it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning (Thursday) which is completely understandable. So I brought it in Wednesday as he suggested. Thursday afternoon I call to get an update and am told that they couldn't get to it but first thing in the morning they would. Again understandable seeing as they are busy. Friday afternoon rolls around and I haven't heard from them so I call again. He stated that they didn't get to it today so it would be Monday. I asked him what position I was in line to be worked on and his response was "I have 2 very small jobs in front of you so I'll be starting around noon on Monday." So I bring it back Monday.... no call.... Tuesday rolls around and I'm sick of it so I went up there to check on it. They haven't even looked at it yet. So I plead my case with the man and tell him "you told me last Wednesday it would be first thing in the morning and it is now next Tuesday" his response was that he NEVER told me any time frame..... so I laughed and left. I left their parking lot and went to the next RV center 15 mins away. They immediately looked at my ACs and told me what was wrong in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
