But while I was there , I witnessed several customer interactions and they delivered great service every time. Fixed flats cheap, sold good used tires to a young man at a great price, inspected tires and breaks for free and rotated tires cheap. They ordered a new one but after getting the car home, realized there was an oil leak. Took it in the next day for them to replace the hose and made them aware of the leak. They ordered a new plug and washer (though my father paid for it) and replaced that the next day. The leak slowed but my car is still leaking oil. I called them to let them know and see what needs to be done next and they told me that I cant prove it wasnt leaking before they changed my oil, that there is nothing else they can do, and told me to take it to a dealer at my expense. If I am left to pay for a problem they caused to my car, I will be contacting a lawyer, the BBB, and the federal trade commission.

Service Advisor told me that I didn't have a Ford ESP Premium Care Warranty...I told him 3 times that I have the warranty and he still disagreed with me. It was only when a Ford Customer Advocate got involved that the service department realized that I had a warranty. Then we were casually brushed off as a refund check was issued...no apology or nothing. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Ford Service Department. I do not recommend.
